The project

A compact remodel resolved with clarity

The intervention organizes living room, kitchen, vertical circulation, bedrooms and bathrooms through a clean material language: warm stone, light surfaces, marble-look porcelain tile, white millwork and wood accents. The result seeks visual openness, easy maintenance and a contemporary image without losing function.
