Distributed architecture that follows the terrain

Instead of imposing one large mass on the slope, the proposal distributes the program across volumes connected by terraces, walkways and stairs. This preserves the reading of the forest and creates varied relationships between interiors, landscape and natural light.

From site analysis to the BIM model

  1. Overall site planning and adaptation of the compound to a steep topography.
  2. Organization of the main house, bedroom pavilions, primary suite, guest house and circular studio.
  3. Design of terraces, pedestrian connections and transitional spaces linked to the landscape.
  4. Architectural development and coordinated documentation in Autodesk Revit.
