Plan Stack, approved composition B: a persistent project index leads into layered architectural sheets, factual title blocks, warm paper, real project photography, and a single gold route connecting construction, BIM, projects, and Revit software. The world uses JQ-BIM ivory, ink, and gold; editorial serif display type; compact sans interface type; precise rules; restrained overlap; and no retro pixel costume, cobalt, gradients, glass, or generic SaaS cards. Evidence and claims come only from existing repository content. Mobile collapses the stack into an indexed vertical sequence without losing tabs, actions, or orientation.

01 / 05AN IDEA SHAPED BY THE SITE
Designing with the slope, not against it
The proposal begins with an integrated reading of topography, vegetation, views, sunlight and wind. The result limits site disturbance and organizes a residence open to the landscape, protected from solar gain and prepared for natural ventilation.
01Site reading
Analysis of slope, existing trees, views, solar path and prevailing winds before defining the building placement.
02Bioclimatic strategy
Cross ventilation, operable windows, generous overhangs, pergolas, a ventilated roof and shade from existing vegetation.
03Architectural resolution
A residential program arranged as connected volumes, continuous terraces and an elevated structure that follows the hillside.
04BIM development
Revit model, architectural plan, elevations, sections, three-dimensional studies and visual material definition.
AUTHORSHIP AND CREDIT
Original design, credited commission
Architectural design developed by Juan Carlos Quintanilla for SAGA Arquitectos, a practice based in Managua, Nicaragua. JQ-BIM presents this case as evidence of authorship and capability in site analysis, bioclimatic design, architectural development and BIM modeling.
This case represents a design proposal; it is not presented as a completed building and does not attribute services to JQ-BIM beyond those stated.YOUR SITE, A SPECIFIC RESPONSE
